Melbourne United got the better of South East Melbourne Phoenix in the NBL Melbourne derby on October 10, clawing back from a 15-point deficit to secure victory. The game shaped up as a dramatic Throwdown thriller that had the crowd gripped.

Oduro wrapped up the win with a double-double, putting in a big shift when it mattered most. It was the kind of second-half surge that makes derby nights special.

In other NBL action on the same night, the Perth Wildcats took on the New Zealand Breakers in a standalone game.
