In the Beau Lamarre-Condon murder trial, a detective broke down in court while recalling the discovery of victims. The scene drew a reaction from people in the courtroom. Separately, hundreds came to Bondi Beach for a vigil held to mark three years since the Hamas-led attacks of 7 October 2023. The crowd stood in solidarity as the occasion was observed across Sydney.
