Two motorcycle riders passed away on the Isle of Man. Both crashes took place during qualifying runs for the 2026 Manx Grand Prix. Mauro Poncini lost his life in a crash involving multiple riders. Sam Naughton also lost his life. The British racer crashed in a different accident during a different qualifying session on the same course.

The crashes occurred during qualification laps. Poncini died first. Naughton was the second competitor who died during the qualifying runs for the 2026 motorcycle race. Both tragic incidents took place on the Isle of Man circuit.
