Tall buildings will go up near Westfield West Lakes. The site allows towers up to 20 storeys high.
The plan introduces high rise living to the suburb. More homes are coming, with the state planning to 2,000 new units around the shopping area. Workers will build high density residential blocks across the surrounding neighbourhood. This creates new living space.
