Director James Gunn wrapped principal photography for the new comic book film, Superman: Man of Tomorrow. The movie is set for release in 2027. Gunn noted the final stage of shooting by releasing key candid set images online. Among the pictures was a preview of actor Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor. Camera work is officially over.
