The FTSE 100 index opened up by 0.26% on Monday. The DAX index showed an increase of 0.53% and a decrease of 0.29%. Stocks rose due to optimism about Iran diplomacy, but the FTSE 100 slipped to that level amid a Bank of England decision. In October, one FTSE 100 stock fell 29%.
