Arena REIT announced the entry into voluntary administration after notifications about the status of the childcare group arrived.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was chosen as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have stepped in to oversee the operations and financial health of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 got formal notice about the administration. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing an unclear fate while KordaMentha manages the process.
