www.wikiwand.comDenis Richards was a British historian (OBE), 1910–2004), best known for co-authoring the three-volume official history of the Royal Air Force during World War II, published in the early 1950s with Hilary St. George Saunders. he worked in the RAF's historical section between 1943 and 1947. Following his service, he assisted Morley College in London, fundraising for its rebuilding, and commissioning paintings for concerts that supported many young musicians.
