Clare Wright was seen at public events, as an Australian historian, recognized for The Forgotten Rebels of Eureka (2013), which portrays the Eureka Rebellion from women's perspectives. She has also written and presented history programs for ABC, including Utopia Girls and The War That Changed Us. She earned a PhD from the University of Melbourne, where she leads public history initiatives since 2022, she has been on the NMA Council.
