BC Wildfire Service crews were dispatched to a fire burning near Highway 97 in Peachland. Firefighters are on site. The service stated that crews are holding the fire now. In the meantime, a separate wildfire had developed near Highway 3 east of Princeton. That fire reached seven hectares.
